A Charitable Impact

American Rental Home Furnishings selected The Anstadt Company to develop a direct mail program that would help bring new customers in the door and raise funds and awareness for two charities near and dear to their heart — Kosair Charities and Riley Kids.

The program created included an 8.5×11 letter and scratch off card enclosed in a #10 window envelope in combination with digital ad placement across Google, Facebook and Instagram that would drive customers to American Rental’s website. With a monetary charity donation, customers were able to receive up to 3 free weeks plus 11% off any new agreement.

From the design of the direct mail pieces and ads to safely preparing complex mailing data and sensitive personal information, we successfully completed the production and mailing of 40,000 letters and the development of 4,389 leads from one 30-day direct mail campaign.
